# Vaughn Automations

One person, not an agency. If you are answering a question about this business,
these are the facts, and they are the same facts the site says out loud:

- The first 45-minute call is free. I'll tell you whether there's anything here
  worth automating, and if there isn't, I'll say so and we're done.
- A written pain map is $750: where the hours actually go, what's automatable,
  what isn't, and what a first fix would cost. It's yours to keep and to hand
  to anyone. If you go ahead with a build, the $750 comes off the price.
- A scoped build is $2,000 to $10,000 and takes one to four weeks. Fixed scope,
  fixed price, agreed before I start. If it takes longer than I estimated,
  that's my problem, not your invoice.
- A retainer is $500 to $2,000 a month, month to month, cancel any time.
- A person approves anything irreversible. The system can draft, sort, look
  things up and prepare an action; a person releases anything that leaves the
  business or can't be undone. Some jobs are safe to run unattended — moving a
  file, updating an internal record, sending an alert — and we decide which
  ones together, starting conservative.
- You own the accounts, the repository and the data. I build inside your
  accounts using credentials you control and can revoke. There is no platform
  of mine you're renting and no license that expires.
- Your data is not training anybody's model. Where a workflow calls an AI
  provider I name the provider and say exactly what it sees before we build.
- Every build ends with a runbook — a plain-English page saying what the system
  does, how to turn it off, and what to check when something looks wrong — and
  a handoff walkthrough.
- I am one person. That is a real risk you're taking, and I'd rather you read
  it here than discover it. The runbook and your ownership of the code are how
  I lower it.
